We are delighted to be joined by Joy Neville, former captain of the Irish Women’s Rugby Team, international rugby referee, first woman to officiate, referee, and Television Match Official in men’s professional rugby, and she was also named World Referee of the Year in 2017. Joy will chat with us about the pressures of decision-making and the use of technology in her role as a rugby Television Match Official, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
