Requirements:
1. Requirement Elicitation: Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements from Business Product Owners and Business Process Owners using techniques such as interviews and workshops.
2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
3. User Story Writing: Ability to write clear and concise user stories that capture the needs of end-users and stakeholders.
4. Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs of the business and aligns with the delivery capability and capacity.
5. Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, other business analysts, and development teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
6. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions using various analytical techniques.
8. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies.
9. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in documenting requirements, user stories, and other validation documentation using tools like Jira and HP ALM.
10. Testing and QA: Understanding of software testing principles and experience in working with QA teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements. Including, if needed, authoring/modifying test scripts, executing test scripts and/or approving executed test scripts.
11. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
12. Conflict Resolution: Skill in resolving conflicts and managing disagreements within the team or between stakeholders, fostering a collaborative working environment.
13. Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers and end-users, ensuring that the final product delivers value and meets their expectations.
14. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trial process, including knowledge of relevant technologies, trends, and regulations is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
15. Technology Knowledge: Experience with and knowledge of Veeva Vault products, particularly Vault Clinical or CRM, and/or SIP is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
· Experience of working with multiple applications/projects in parallel with internal and external stakeholders/third part vendors/development centers across multiple locations.
· Experience in Application Support.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of IT-compliance (SOX) and operational excellence models.
· Project Management experience is also an advantage.
