At emagine, we are looking for a dynamic Relationship Engagement Manager to be the interface between our consultants on-site and our clients. This role is essential to ensure seamless communication, service excellence, and high-impact project outcomes for our clients.
Are you a seasoned relationship manager with a knack for service delivery? Do you excel in connecting teams and managing resources across business transformation and IT delivery projects?
What You’ll Do:
Support consultants onsite while ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Foster strong relationships with both clients and consultants to ensure smooth service delivery.
Drive performance, ensuring the successful delivery of value-added solutions within both business change and IT landscapes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
Support sales teams by sharing business development leads generated from client or consultant relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
3 year’s experience in relationship management, service delivery and/or line management experience.
A strong background in resource management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for delivering results, driving performance, and making a tangible impact on business success.
