Due to continued growth, we are hiring a PMO Analyst to join our Portfolio Office, reporting directly to the Head of Investment Planning & Governance.
This role is critical in addressing a significant backlog of un-closed projects that require immediate attention. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating outstanding cases, identifying obstacles, facilitating progress, and working with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze the current backlog of un-closed projects.
Identify blockers preventing project closure and implement solutions.
Facilitate progress on cases that can be advanced.
Engage with stakeholders to drive action on outstanding issues.
Provide regular internal reports on project status and backlog progress.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline project closure.
What You Need to Succeed:
Proven experience in project management with a track record of closing projects efficiently.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills to identify and resolve blockers.
Basic understanding of finance terms, processes, and procedures.
Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Oracle ERP (finance) systems.
Experience working within utilities or the public sector.
