A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst would be:

  • Work across global cross-functional teams (US, India, Ireland) to support solution design and delivery

  • Contribute to capability planning, backlog grooming, and value delivery

  • Collaborate with product owners and data strategists to define test scripts and acceptance criteria

  • Act as a central point of contact for project and capability teams

  • Support digitisation of training materials and change enablement

  • Drive effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication

  • Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with clinical/scientific domains or complex system integration (ideal but not essential)

  • Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders

  • Proven ability to deliver business value through projects and digital change

  • Confident working across time zones in a global programme

  • Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence

  • Demonstrated ability to “lead without authority” and navigate ambiguity

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of BA experience

Must be motivated, collaborative, and solution-focused
