A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst would be:
Work across global cross-functional teams (US, India, Ireland) to support solution design and delivery
Contribute to capability planning, backlog grooming, and value delivery
Collaborate with product owners and data strategists to define test scripts and acceptance criteria
Act as a central point of contact for project and capability teams
Support digitisation of training materials and change enablement
Drive effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication
Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience with clinical/scientific domains or complex system integration (ideal but not essential)
Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to deliver business value through projects and digital change
Confident working across time zones in a global programme
Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
Demonstrated ability to “lead without authority” and navigate ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of BA experience
Must be motivated, collaborative, and solution-focused
