A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Tech Lead/Architect would be:
Oversee the technical implementation of the project, serving as a liaison between the IT department and system support teams while ensuring the project adheres to an aggressive timeline.
Lead the technical design and configuration of the MS Dynamics ERP system.
Manage data migrations and technical challenges associated with the platform.
Autonomously host meetings to facilitate project communication.
Act as a technical authority on CRM and ERP implementations.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to bridge communication gaps.
Requirements:
Strong experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
Proven track record in managing data migrations and technical configurations.
Ability to lead and challenge the tech lead on design and platform decisions.
Experience with other ERP implementations.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
